I also wear a 41 in Cp's and recently purchased the size 8 brown Deringer in Whisly from Revolve with the 20% discount a little over a week ago. The toe box is a bit on the narrow side for my feet out of the box, but I've been using a shoe tree to try and stretch it out some and before wearing I'm trying to see if it will stetch a bit and grow more comfortable. The insole measures 10.5", which is the same as my CP's I've owned in a 41 so I believe this is the right size for me. I am still contemplating whether or not to exchange them for the 8.5's, but I have a feeling they will provide too much room in the toe box to give me that annoying toe bend.

www.forwardforward.com has some of her shoes and if you use the code "instyle09" they're 20 percent off, not too bad. But they don't have those boots or the derringers in black in my size. I'm contemplating those uncle dan's with the blue sole though. I think those are fly.
I have the Gatling Moccasin's in a UK 7 (US 8) coming my way from Asos that I found on sale and will see if they fit similary and will report back. Some online stockists I can think of off the top of my head that have sell them are: Asos, Gargoyle, Bows+Arrows, Refinery29, Jonathon+Olivia, Oak, Odin.
Our sizes are very hard to find though in my experience, so I wouldn't wait until sale time and if you can take advantage of a 20% off coupon now, I would say go for it.
