9-10%...dropped 60 lbs. of fat in the past 12 months and got back to the physique I had back in college...made a huge difference in the fit of my clothes...6'1" and look much better at 177 than at 235
Never been measured, but probably around 12%, from what I understand. Decent ab definition, excellent vascularity, etc. The small amount of fat I carry seems to be stored in the lower back. I have no interest in reducing my fat, but would like to add about 10-15 lbs more muscle (am 5'9" and 155 lbs). This is becoming easier as I've gotten older and my metabolism has slowed down a little
i'm going to get tested soon as i'm curious now that i;m in the throws of this diet. it's so weird, i only have a bit of fat around flanks and lower abdomen, but aside from that i am about as hard as can be (no homo)
I oscillate between 0.6% and 1.2%. I'm also a trained nutritionist, professional model, MMA enthusiast and personal trainer on weekends. I eat 14 meals a day
I dunno, but I'd be interested. What's the cheapest way to have it tested?
Body measurements. Use a tape to measure various parts of your body then enter the measurements into a web site that will calculate your body fat percentage.
Note: The calculations may not be completely accurate, but the error will be the same each time, so this technique is good for tracking relative changes in body fat percentage, even if the absolute value is not correct.
