Where would you get this band or something similar? What size is it?

Looking to buy a Seiko 5 automatic. My criteria are:

- 40mm+ case diameter
- metal band and metal case
- gold tone
- automatic
- ~$150 or less

I have browsed through eBay and Amazon to get some ideas, but as a Seiko n00b, I would appreciate any insight and/or input anyone can provide.

TIA.

I don't think any of the AZN military, or dress models have a 40mm lug. At that size you're probably going to end up with a diver.

well, this is a popular model now becuase of its resemblance to the Blancpain fifty fathoms adn it goes for under $150 at auction:

There is stuff like this which I don't like but maybe floats your boat:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-Seiko-5-Mens-Silver-Gold-Two-Tone-White-Dial-Automatic-Watch-SNKE54-/180922382776?pt=Wristwatches&hash=item2a1fd079b8

there is also something like this, you can get a bracelet for it:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Seiko-5-Automatic-Rose-Gold-tone-Mens-Watch-SRP170-/160838144405?pt=Wristwatches&hash=item2572b35195

I would only wear the first one as I think a "gold" look at the $150 level is a tough.

I have one of the military seikos. The date started to jump every time it crosses 12. It is too cheap to repair and fit me small anyways. It was 35mm. Gave it to my bro.

Anyone know what happened to the Spirit model from Seiya? Are they no longer making it? If not, are they making an equivalent?

This new limited edition is kind of hot. Expensive, but hot:
