I do 100 as part of my workout 4 mornings a week. I don't do a straight run of 100, if that's what you mean. I do 10 then run in place or shadow box for 30 seconds, do that sequence again, then rest for 60 seconds. I repeat 5 rounds, for a total of 100 super burpees (super as in involves both a pushup and an explosive jump). I pair that with a mix of running, stairs, weighted vest stuff, plyo, etc. One day a week I pair it with 4 3-minute rounds on the heavy bag.
I lift on the other three days- a mix of Olympic lifting, power lifts and bodybuilding. I throw in a day off or two every two or three weeks, depending on what my body says. None of my workouts lasts more than an hour.
But anyway... 100 super burpees a day is a great fitness goal for someone who has hit a fitness plateau and needs something to kick it up to 11 again. A straight run of 100 is a tall fucking order, but sets of 10 are perfect (jogging in place is optional, and obviously makes the burpees more difficult).
