I believe that Dasani is tasty because it includes "mineral packets" that were developed by Coke in order to make the water have a distinct flavor and some health value (besides the obvious value of drinking water). Therefore, it is not psychological. Coke made a specific attempt to make a good tasting water.
the brita. do you notice that the carbon sand keeps coming out on the top of the filter? and sometimes a subtle black cloud swirl in the filtered water? even after prepping the filter a few times, it does it all the time. i just drink the water though doesnt seem harming but i am curious

I have been observing the appearance of several brands of premium bottled water in the market lately, and although I eventually buy a bottle or two, was wondering if there really is a market out there for it, I guess it primarily serves as a status symbol as very very few people can distinguish an average water from a premium one. So, what do you guys think?
We have a natural spring on our farm and that is the best water I have ever had.
