Is there anything that would set you off enough that you would want to fight because of another man's actions towards your woman?

Not unless he became violent or in some way harmful, no. Machismo posturing is juvenile and pointless, but if push came to shove I'd make sure their back was to the cliff.

I am quite a pacifist and usually the guy who stops fights by talking people out of them, but if a situation arised where the girl I'm with is treated irrespectfully in a manner which is unforgiveable I guess fighting would be in order, plus as hard as it is to admit it chicks on a pretty much instinctual level crave it and get turned on by it, the whole alpha male thing, and most of them normally pay back for the favour later on.

Spot on. I've seen beta males try to be "heroic" and play Captain-Save-A-Hoe to prove their manhood when they have females around. They're quite as hell when there's no one to impress.

What kind of situations does it take for you guys to want to beat the next man's face in? Hitting on your woman? Touching her? Constantly contacting her?

99.9% of situations can be defused by a true "alphamale". There is nothing more senseless then fighting for so many reasons...People at SF are pretty intelligent so I wont get into them.

If your girl really cares about you she wouldn't want you to be fighting regardless of what has happened because it won't change anything.

Back in college I almost got into a fight over some crazy bitch with her crazy ex-boyfriend. Then I pulled myself back and was like "this bitch is crazy, who gives a fuck?" and everything was chiiiiiiiill.
