Thinking of bidding on a pair of newish burberrys shoes on ebay - does anybody know who the actual manufacturer (or manufacturers) might be? Â Since this the english ebay site, I'm hoping it might be one of the traditional english makers. Burberrys Brogues Been looking for an balmoral wingtip, size US 10.5, or UK 10, dramatically on sale. Â Want to stay away from the traditional long wingtip, as I have too many of those. Â If anybody has a better suggestion, give it too me.

Although Tricker's makes the current crop of Burberry shoes; I would say these particular shoes are made by Alfred Sargeant. That is only a guess. "Burberrys" means they are a few years old, now they are "Burberry". Not bad shoes if you get them for a good price. Don't show your hand and get into a bidding war at this point. Slam your highest offer down within the last 30 seconds, that's called sniping. That does not mean you will have to pay that amount, you will pay one more step than the under bidder. If someone is willing to pay more than you, they are welcome to the shoes. It's like buses: another one will come along. Good luck with the auction.

Bengal-stripe -> Thanks for the information. I was hoping they were from a solid make before I jumped in. and I'll definitely be sniping.... that's how you walk away with the good stuff at low prices....

Just a few days ago I won an eBay bidding war by placing my bid in the last 5 seconds. I bet whoever lost was pretty miffed.
