hey everyone does anyone know whats a good specific shoe that goes along with this BR blazer?
http://www.bananarepublic.com/browse...223&pid=448485 It's brown plaid and i have a jeans that look like that color and will get a brown belt. My question is what shoes actually make this look the model is wearing? I know brown is the best probably but it wouldn't really match the brown plaid if you know what i mean. |

That brown plaid looks almost gray, so I don't think you have to worry about your shoes being the same color as the jacket. Nearly kind of brown would work well: dark brown, chestnut, tan, etc.

For an even more casual look you may want to consider the above option. A chocolate suede belt ( w/a silver buckle ) will complete this look nicely.... |

As for alternative brands Salvatore Ferragamo would be a good choice, be it a more pricey one.....
Alexander van Slobbe has done some good stuff for Puma as well in that particular field. I own several types of 'dress sneakers' myself among which some maroon Sebagos, Walsh golf type shoes in white, Pumas in cognac, Lacoste in black ( strapovers ). The latter two have leather soles BTW, giving them a bit of extra cachet..... There's loads of good stuff to be found if you like that sort of thing..... |
