Default $450 True Religion?!?!

I just bought a pair of True Religion jeans at the Barney's outlet for $75 marked down from $450. They are dual branded, apparantly made for Barney's Coop. Are these guys serious? $450? They look and feel just like the $200 True Religions you see off the rack. Are these jeans special or just waaay overpriced hence making their way to the outlet? Thanks.

The "dual braned" thing made me think of this schizophrenic that was reading to me from the newspaper in a hood McDonald's the other day.

"Woman in England has two wombs. Two wombs! Now listen here -- hwo can a bitch have two pussies?!"

"Good question."

"Maybe she one of them... Them Morphidites."

"Yeah, like a Power Ranger."

But in all seriousness, True Religion? Did it come with an adhesive lower back tattoo?

It did, and I put it on my upper back because I already have barbed wire tattoed on my lower back.

Sorry guys...just an honest question from a guy that doesn't know much about jeans.

I am not personally familiar with any True Religions that are pushing $500, but I am not particularly into denim, either. If you're unaware, the brand doesn't garner a lot of respect around these here Internets. I don't know if they have the same appeal that a pair of Seven jeans I have do (i.e. dumb girls who really, really want to appear knowledgeable of "fashion" like to stop and talk about them because they are capable of recognizing overt branding). If so, you may want to hang onto them. Together we can impregnate every cokehead waitress in the world.

To answer your question, they are just overpriced jeans. You got em for cheap, if they fit you well, more power to you.

$450 seemed to be a pretty regular going price for a pair of TRs in Tokyo. Ridiculous to every pay that much for shit Jeans when 45RPMs can be had for that price

I was at a botique in tahoe the other day and saw some TRs that had a back pocket patch that was about 4x the normal size

Man, TR has some of the most hideous back pocket detail possible. 4x the normal size is equal to 4x the pain.
