Me: Let's put a lot of pictures in it!
Publisher: Too expensive
Me: But it would be great!
Publisher: It's not that kind of book
Me: I think it would help make the book better
Publisher: Do you want us to publish this or not?
Me: Yes, sir.
Seriously, if anyone from HarperCollins is reading this, I love you guys!
As to autographed copies, I really have no idea if there are plans for that. Certainly, if anyone wants to send me a copy, I will sign it and send it back.

Amazon is still saying there's a projected delivery date of May 5-9 for my order. I guess that just needs to be updated. Looking forward to it!

Not really. Books usually ship from the bindery a month before the official publication date, and will start popping up as soon as a week after that. It's not like a movie (at least not on 99% of books) where there's a national launch date.
