I was planning to take my team for a weekend someplace to celebrate having a good fiscal year. one of the team members wants to go to toronto, he had done the best this year so I let him chose. we plan a weekend in toronto and ottawa, that no body else really wants (because everyone else would rather go someplace warmer) and then he gets a horribel case of food poisining, and so he can't come. so now the rest of us are going to toronto and ottawa for the weekend, in november. and everyone is going to bithc to me about it.

In contrast to my flash and bang, Il Vecchio offers us sophisticated simplicity. He could wear variations on the same five outfits over and over again, and people would remember only that he's always well dressed. There's nothing slick or ostentatious about his clothing. He looks comfortable in what he's wearing, like that's exactly what he should be wearing. The clothes fit, the colors flatter, the style is elegant. Yet it's not boring or dowdy. His whole look, down to the slightly long hair, has character, yet it looks natural. If restraint is the key component in elegance, Il Vecchio has nailed it -doc holiday I'm not just trying to streamline my wardrobe. I think simplification and developing a uniform are ways of fostering style. I plan to wear my jackets, suits, shoes, shirts, etc., for many, many years. Decades, even. I think my style will naturally grow with their (and my) age. I may never get to the point where I don't want to talk or think about style anymore, but it is a sort of unreachable ideal nonetheless. mafoofan | |

My headache. And my missing motivation. Not making a very good impression on anyone right now, which is not what I wanted for my job.
