E makes some of the more conservative looking shoes that you would wear in a conservative work environment (legal, finance, etc). A leather strap is more dressy, but a metal bracelet is more than acceptable in a business setting with a suit. Just go and see how many bankers wear a Rolex with a metal bracelet. $500 suits: Jos A Bank vs Mens Wearhouse vs Indochino
If OP has an outlet mall close by (Off Fifth, NM Last Call, Nordstrom Rack, etc), I would recommend looking for a suit there for under $500 and then doing some minor alterations for a good fit. You can often find Hickey Freeman fully canvassed for under $500 at outlets.- Timeless Fashion

Bespoke tailoring is a dying art in HK as it has been in the US. I have yet to meet a tailor younger than 50 here in the US. The situation is probably similar in HK. I have a suit and a sport jacket from Mabro. My tailor claims their workmanship is excellent. Their basic style is a bit on the fuller side, which required some tailoring for a better fit.- Timeless Fashion

Best suit value $1500-2000 in Las Vegas?
If you live in Canada, I would purchase suits in Toronto, rather than in Las Vegas, if you are looking for business suits. Toronto is a city where people wear suits to work, as compared to Las Vegas.- Timeless Fashion

Some SAs can be snobby, but that can be in any industry, where they are on commission. If they are only looking to make a buck, rather than provide quality customer service, then they don't really care about the customer's experience.- Timeless Fashion

Pinstripe suit...navy or charcoal
For a third suit, I think a solid charcoal may be more versatile than getting a pinstripe, unless you really like pinstripe suits. Question regarding purchasing items from UK and EU
Are you visiting these countries in person or are your ordering them online/phone? If you are visiting the countries, you can request at VAT refund at the airport. Depending on the price paid, you may have to pay import duty tax when you return back home.- Timeless Fashion

WW Chan fabric selection help - H&S or J&J Minnis
For fabric that resist wrinkles for travelling, H&S Crispaire and J&J Minnis Frescos are high twist material that also tend to have better air circulation making them cooler to wear when compared to same weight fabric in other weaves.- Timeless Fashion

I think WW Chan can make a good shirt even though they are suit maker. If you visit them in HK, they will even do fitting for shirts. Depending on where you live, AEs are more accessible to most Americans. Except for those who live in NYC, most Americans do not have easy access to English and Italian made shoes, except for a few Italian shoes sold at Saks/NM/Nordstroms. It depends on the outlet. I have visited many outlets in the US where they don't carry any Purple or Black label items. I have been to a few outlets in Europe - one had a few PL and BL items and the other didn't.- Timeless Fashion

I don't think Ascot Chang's shirts go as low as $1000 HKD. I believe their TM Silver line shirts start in the $1600+ HKD range. They may have some cheaper fabrics, but probably few under $1500 HKD.- Timeless Fashion

Why does SF make a big deal about hand made vs machine made? Doesn't machine made still require the careful operation of the machine by a human being?
