How many of us are over 200 lbs?

247 down from 471 last summer. No surgery, hard work. Headed to 200, was 180 in college. 471?! Can we get you a medal? Way to go 180.

How many of us are above 200 lbs?

I'm 257.8 as of my last weigh in. I have lost 120 pounds and need to lose probably at least 60 to 70 more. It has taken about 3 1/2 years to get this far; I hope to eventually get the rest of it off. I'm only 5' 9" and not especially burly. HOT DAMN! Keep it up, dude!

The Biggest Loser (1500 calories a day?)

1500 is a-ok if you're kinda small and have the proper macro-nutrient ratio. If you're training really hard, eat way more.

How many of us are over 200 lbs?

first off, I love the tags on this thread ... 200, big, fat, manboobs, pounds. Can't a 200+ lb'er not be fat. I was 200lbs once in high school and in the high 190's three years ago. Both times were during heavy lifting phases of my life. I am now in the low 170s, but could hit the 150 mark if I...

The Biggest Loser (1500 calories a day?)

Eating 1500 cals a day? If your primary concern is dropping weight fast, its fine. Say you want to go from a high level of bodyfat (25%) to something lower (18%) a crash is OK, if you are eating a metric asston of protein and are taking multivitamins. If you are worried about keeping muscle...

    Tattoos - a fashion statement?

Sorry. I was a little rude in my response. I would say that one of the top reasons people get tattoos is for attention and I am shocked to hear about how some people do not like. After having had drilled into me for the last few years that people get tattoos that mean something to themselves I...

    Tattoos - a fashion statement?

I guess people should think of that when they get something that says "Look at me! I need attention!" put on their body. You only see it if she is wearing something backless, which isn't that often. What you're thinking of is a tramp stamp. THAT'S a call for attention.

Really nice jacket, never heard of the brand.

I'm going to go for a more conservative style with the patches. If i put any patches on this thing, I will make most of em myself. Probably the star on the cover of the necronomicon-its a fancy looking pentagram. I have a grip of pyramid studs, so I will use those. I might also get a few...

Really nice jacket, never heard of the brand.

Apparently It was from a store called Gemco. Pretty much old school wal-mart. Thanks, guys.

    Tattoos - a fashion statement?

For those of you with tattoos, do you mind when strangers comment on yours (or ask questions about them), or do you find it annoying? My wife has a couple of simple (but rather prominent) geometric tattoos, and she seems to get tired of people asking "what they mean." My girlfriend has a tree...

Really nice jacket, never heard of the brand.

I was afraid it was something like Levi's big E denim. A good old fashioned old school brand that might have appreciated in value, ya know?

This Jacket is Ruined Isn't It?

Congratulations! Your jacket just got "upgraded" into becoming one of those marble-print Jil pieces from the collection before this one! Who remembers acid washed denim?
