As ive stated before, I much prefer clean back, but I could maybe live with a box pleat on a true oxford shirt only...and in the contemporary fit. Box pleat on a slim is pointless, as is a 'slim box pleat', which would look off. The rest of the casual shirt options with button collar should...- bossman08

Yes, count me in the camp that wants box pleat eliminated. In fact, I'd eliminate it all together...a pleat-less back is much better fitting and cleaner look.
