Exercising using watts as metric
I was recently browsing a website about the giro (Italian tour de France) and they mentioned the athletes measure output using 'watts'. I checked it out at the bikes at my gym and they do display watts generated. Does anyone measure their cardio this way? What would be a good target? E.g. 200...- Syl

Franco Negretti?
Anyone ever heard of this brand for dress shirts? Any comments on quality and longevity? Based on a quick net search they seem to mimic Robert Graham on funky designs but no clue about what materials they use etc. Hoping for some feedback. Thanks.- Syl

store mannequins and pinned clothing
Question: Most stores I visit have their clothing on mannequins pinned. Sometimes they even have it pinned with binder clips. Heck, even slim fit articles are usually pinned on the mannequins. Why is this? Why not either get "real" mannequins or let the clothes fall as they lie? What's the...- Syl
