No stretch at all over 5 years and a resole.

    Eidos Napoli

I have the opportunity to get one of the s/s 2015 toggle knit cardigans, but the seller is in Japan. It’s marked a medium, and measurements look ok, but does anybody know whether Eidos made different sizes for the Japanese market?

Still love the burgundy Moore I got on that last GMTO. Count me in for a pair - A Moore in a Dark Oak would be a really nice addition for me.

Pricing and sole strongly suggests Exclusive standard finishing. Very fine shoes. I think the Monks are full hand grade, although I prefer the other two pairs

No idea if it is the same but I don't think you will be disappointed, full grain and it takes a lovely shine. I have C&J and G&G as well as AS exclusive and these certainly compare well.

Nice full grain leather. There are a number of differences , the most noticable are the tighter waist and hidden channel stitching with the Exclusive range. I don't think the soles are Oak-bark tanned either. The Henry II are a small step down in quality and detailing, but I love the shape of...

Sad to see the AFPOS thread now locked, always fabulous service and quick delivery. Here are my burgundy Moores from that memorable GMTO, after a quick shine.

    18 East

Can't fault the 18 east gear, and being off work helped grab something off the last drop. I'm a gastroenterologist so well qualified to answer the query - none at all. Like flu but worse. GI symptoms certainly possible, and we are seeing a lot of non-specific delirium in older people. Now need...

Lost the teal medina shirt whist paying, going to enjoy the Vito camp shirt and Booth shorts instead. You are all so fast!

The unofficial Drake's London Appreciation Thread

I picked one up from the London store 3 summers ago. I really wanted the popover in the same material, but was already sold out. It doesn't get as much wear as I expected, but is a nice relaxed summer linen shirt.

Herring have the Charles II made by AS on the 109 last, not to the Exclusive specification, but pretty nice shoes. I have a pair of full brogues from this range and am pretty pleased with them https://www.herringshoes.co.uk/herring/charles-ii_oxfords/black-calf

    Cheaney

I have several pairs of both. Cheaney's offering straddles a greater price band than C&J, so that at the lower price ranges, the shoes are still noticeably better than my Loake, and at the top end, indistinguishable from C&J. As to why Cheaney are less prominent here and across social media, it...

First proper shoe order, gone wrong?

I think I'd be ok with those as long as they were priced as seconds.

Should I or shouldn't I buy... (clothing item)?

How about Barbanera? Although only limited sizes left online this season.

Also slightly late to the party, but have the red drawstring shorts which I'm convincing myself I preferred to the teal/purple.

    Eidos Napoli

I have a few Eidos trousers, usually in 32, the Morgan fits me well. I got away with a 30 in this pant.
