    you may argue that they have the right to be rude, but really, what's the end result going to be--whether they have the 'right' or not? it's not just the sale of the current item the salesperson is risking. possible future purchases will be forfeited as well.

    well i was initially looking for plain front w/out cuffs, but i fell in love with the patterns on 2 pairs of pants that only came pleated. i still went with the no cuffs though and must profess to not really knowing the rule till the salesperson brought it up.

    my wife recently bought me a pair of pants that are 55% linen and 45% viscose. i read on wikipedia that viscose is used to make rayon. is this a crappy blend? would you wear that mix? i like the fit and the color though there is a slight sheen i think the viscose brings that i don't care for...

    thanks--i will check these out--looks like a good deal. though i read that the rise usually changed with waist size, i've noticed the 30's rise of the same type of pant fits better than the 31. maybe i'm just nuts.
