I'm disappointed with Old Navy's undershirtss

All my experiences with Old Navy are bad. Maybe I just pick out the defective merchandise? I was at Costco the other day and found a six-pack of CK undershirts for 29.99! Department store retail is the same price for three.

    Rolex buying situation

Two-Tone Datejust is a Classic Design, but I wouldn't buy it off Ebay. If you are going to spend over 4k, you should buy it from an Authorized Retailer, and get a 2 yr warranty.

    Laundering my dress shirts.

Bobbyd: I use regular liquid detergent, and I haven't had any problems. If the collar and cuffs are soiled, I prewash with a very soft toothbrush, and small cup of detergent and water mix. Wash shirts on Gentle Cycle, and hang dry. Lockey2k: My friend's parents own several dry cleaners in my...

    White Dial vs. Black

It really depends on the complications the watch has. If it is a simple dress watch, I would opt for the White Face.

    Question on Tie Width...

I am going to order a couple of ties this week, and I am debating between 3 1/4 and 3 1/2 (at the widest point). I am looking for something more proportionate for my body type (5' 8", 148 lbs.). Which size would you go with? Thanks!

College student watches - Swiss Army

For the amount of money you are willing to spend, you can pick up a nice German watch. It is not something you'll see everyday, and styling is usually clean and classic.

    Stick shift drivers.

I actually prefer manual over auto. I currently have a auto ( they didn't offer manual at the time of purchase) and I am happy with it. If I were to buy a new car, I would probably go back to manual.

    Allen-Edmonds Sold to Private Firm

Wow, you guys don't sound very optimistic about Goldner Hawn Johnson & Morrison Inc. taking over. I am not familiar with them...Is this company known to dilute brands it acquires? I own several pairs of Allen Edmunds, and now I am thinking about stocking up!

Ted Baker Ties - Who Makes 'Em?

I think that are made by the same company that makes Ike Behar and John W. Nordstrom Ties. IMO, they aren't great quality ties.

How much length shrinkage to expect with a Lacoste polo?

Unless you want it to shrink, don't throw it into the dryer. My GF threw it in once, and it shrank a little bit.

Hollywood Casual, Down to Their Toes

I like flip-flops (leather). The main reason is most of the casual shoes I really like are too narrow.
