Blazer is not having smooth drape at back.

You should listen to @Despos advice and talk with your tailor about correcting the issue. He knows more about tailoring than 99.9% of the rest of the world.

Blazer is not having smooth drape at back.

It appears that your blazer is a larger size than you require and the waist is taken in quite a bit to accommodate. The result is essentially an odd balance issue.

Another Toni Servillo/Paolo Sorrentino film with some great style: The Consequences of Love.

    Junior’s men’s shop Philadelphia

I haven't tried it, but I have seen it in person being used by a friend. It holds the basics, cards and some folded cash. Probably won't be best if you carry a Costanza Wallet. BONUS: The maker of that wallet is an SF poster that makes some amazing looking leather goods.

    Ring Jacket

I was thinking that might be the way. I do worry about the residue of those types of rollers and the waste. I have considered purchasing this as an alternative: https://www.asket.com/us/shop/garment-care/lint-brush-white

    Ring Jacket

It is a gesture of respect to run one’s claws through special fabrics. Seems like brushing would fray the fabric over time. Like brushing a sweater.

    Ring Jacket

Anyone have advice on how to best care for my Balloon fabric jacket? Seems like brushing would be too much on the weave. Thanks.

Regarding 90's sitcom clothing, I am currently watching "The Nanny" on HboMax and the clothes are amazing.

Can anyone help me match a tie to this jacket?

Casual look but dress it up with a tie...maybe that idea is what makes this seem difficult? Chambray shirt with a dark knit tie. White shirt with a dark knit tie. You could get away with something with a small pattern, maybe a Churchill dot pattern, but those can also look kind of formal.

    Packable wardrobe

Lots of jargon that I barely notice that I am using. A good number of people would say my list is boring and they may be right. But to me, I can go pretty much anywhere and not feel out of place with that list. Safe travels.

    Packable wardrobe

Fashion is fine but I think it's better to just find clothes that fit you, your personality, and your lifestyle. If you want to find a good blazer, I would say it's best to avoid fashion leaning options and instead go to a store that sells classic tailored clothing. Try on different options and...

    Packable wardrobe

My list is coming from the mindset of what I imagine I would be doing on my travels to various cities: Walking as much as possible, visiting museums, having a few work calls, going to restaurants and bars, etc. If this trip had more outdoor/rustic leanings, I would probably drop the more...

    Any OTR suits with pleats?

Spier and Mackay does what they call a Neapolitan Cut. The trousers have side tabs and a single pleat. https://www.spierandmackay.com/collection/neapolitan-cut-suits

SPIER & MACKAY - Official Affiliate Thread

The classic BB shoulder has never really been what most of us think as a soft shoulder these days. It’s more of what they call a natural shoulder, right in the middle of a structured English style shoulder and a soft Italian shoulder. I would really dig a model that’s a sack with Italian...

    Chinos fit advice

They seem ok to me. I think a few more washes and wears will give you a better idea. I can only make broad assumptions on Tokyo shops. Brycelands is the recommendation I could make based on my limited knowledge. The owner, Ethan Newton, has a broader build and may be able to help you. Fair...

Sid Mashburn makes a nice sack, but again higher gorge and somewhat slim lapel(3.25 inches). I would be interested in a sack cut with those old school lapels. Sometimes it is nice to switch it up, especially with a fabric like tweed.

    Chinos fit advice

Seems like typical new chino creasing to me. I always find that chinos stretch a decent bit as I wear and wash them over time, but YMMV. You might want to try some other brands and see if it truly is just the model. I have similar issues with my thighs being too large for some brands and...

    Jack Donnelly Khakis

All I know of the new stuff is that they now make them in Austin, TX. I have an old pair of their fullest fit from several years ago. I still wear them in very casual moments. The measurements on the hybrid fit make it sound like it would be worth a shot since I had to taper the old model...
