Putting it generously, if you believe everything Drew says and assume he's been working hard on a way to give refunds. It's still incredibly bad customer service to not have told the people who asked for refunds, all of this months ago.- hokuto

The last comment on libertine only lasted 40 minutes before being deleted. For those that didn't have a change to read it, a guy with a July 31st spot was saying that he got the wrong jacket and had no way of contacting Drew and wanted to get in touch with him.- hokuto
