    The Harris Tweed label without the Orb seems wrong for several reasons. No orb. And it says its made in the Highlands. Ooops. Harris is an island in the Hebrides. And Harris Tweed is guaranteed made in the Outer Hebrides and not in the Highlands. What's up with that?

    And, for heaven's sake, don't clean them. Separate them in acid free paper envelopes (available at coin dealers) and avoid further scratches. Avoid handling them with bare fingers. And do not clean them.

    Jebarne: I saw a pair of braces in the SA which had metal fasteners labeled "Made in England" but the braces were labeled made in El Salvador. No idea who the maker was. No further labels. I passed.

    Capn Wes Nice collection of ties. Kountz and Rider is a classic clothing store in Pittsburgh. Started in the 40's by a band leader by the name of Buzzy Kountz. Still in business in Oxford Center in downtown. Please PM me if that tie is available. Thanks.
