    Where to buy dress shirts

I'm on the non-slim side of the scale but still find BB's "classic" fit is too big for me. I thought I had found my happy medium with Tyrwhitt but I've found that lately I've also experienced a lot of variety in quality at CT. They start out fitting a little better than BB in terms of not being...

Excellent source. Not sure what I did before this site. Haven't had the opportunity to check out Aventus yet but apparently there's a lot of buzz.

    Buying my first suit

You also have the option to not reply, especially if it bothers you this much. In fact, you don't even have to read the thread at all if you find it so bothersome. This may be a shocker but just because there is a thread on a given topic, doesn't mean that it answered every possible curiosity. Gasp!

Getting a suit in Northern Virginia.

Have been lurking a bit since I jointed SF. I'm happy to find a fair number of folks from DC/NoVA here. I have to ask the question about SuitSupply that I've been wanting to but not wanting to ask. Are all their fits on the slimmer side? I'm by now means a big guy but I'm certainly not slim...

Is there a market for a high-end menswear shop in Washington, DC?

I'm one of those gents in the demographic of which you're speaking. I certainly would shop locally if it were feasible.
