    welp, their customer service has underwhelmed me too. i called in to their HQ and they said they'd get back to me in an hour a salesman emails me saying to bring the suit back in and they'll handle it. so now i need to get back into manhattan (i live in NJ) and make a damn day of it in order...

    I do have a wide waist and thighs but I got a 46 and the pants feel fine fit wise The buttons were definitely defective so maybe the whole suit is just a lemon? I'm going to call customer service Monday

    I have a Napoli and the first wear both buttons were hanging by a thread and the seat had a tear on the seam Not impressed, at all. A $150 jcpennys suit would have served me better

     Positive. I'm a muscular guy and usually a 44r and had to get a 46 so it was tailored in store to fit my waist

    wore it once both buttons were almost falling off during an interview came home and the seam on the seat of the pants had a 3inchear tear another random string hanging off the suit, etc. i need the suit tonight and am sewing the seat of the pants myself and plan on complaining mightily...

    i went today and bought a suit. im usually a 44R, but since im a bigger guy and weight train often, i had to get a 46R is that normal for this place? the 44R was very tight on me. the 46 felt much better and with alterations it should look good...

    returning the Hickey Freeman non-mainline suit I got from GILT for $599 and going with either a Sienna or Napoli in blue, navy or dark grey hopefully they can tailor it on the spot and i can come home with a new suit or two that day.
