Has anyone ever seen Fox Air Ecru Hairline made up? https://foxflannel.com/collections/fox-air/products/ecru-hairline-plain-weave Has a very frumpy kind of look to it as there are a lot of weaving errors/inconsistencies in the sample. I kind of like that but I want to see how it looks in a garment.- xizenta

How are people feeling about tuxedo trousers without an outseam stripe these days? I ordered a pair from my tailor to wear with some of my cream dinner jackets and received them with no satin stripe. They do have a satin waistband. I did not specify that I wanted a stripe. Kind of wondering...- xizenta

I love them. All my double breasted jackets are no vent. I also go no vent on my dinner jackets. They look way cleaner in my opinion and let the focus of the jacket be the shoulders and lapels.- xizenta

They discuss Drapers Supersonic pretty favorably here. I like how the compare the characteristics relative to Ascot and also like that it's slightly heavier than the 2-ply.
