Go-to Business Shoe

Posted

Pros: Traditional, conservative, business appropriate

Cons: Conservative, boring

An American Classic

Posted
An American Classic Pros: Staple item that can be had for less $250. When needed it can be recrafted by Allen Edmonds for $100. Comes in all the classic colors. I suggest the black calf for the Park Avenue. Allen Edmonds makes the polish, lotion,... that are made for this model. Comes in all widths. AAA, AA, A, B, C, D, EE, EEE Cons: Leather quality is good, but not great. Tips: AEs can almost always be brought on sale. Check Shoebuy, the B&S board, Ebay,... These run a little narrow. Some of the colors and leathers offered don't go well with the PA.
