    @#$%&*# Spammers

There needs to be some sort of spammer-filter thing, so that once a person creates an account they are presented with a quiz involving pics of Spoos's shoes, NYRanger's Jackets, Vox's quotes, and Foo's one shoe. Only after passing 75% will he, she, or it be allowed to post a new thread. Happy...

Good period film full of clothing to look at...

I just watched "In the Mood for Love" on Netflix (streaming). Set in 1960's China, it's a beautifully shot romantic drama. The men all wear suits, with fantastic neckties, and the women are also a pleasure to look at. It's slow, it's artsy. And it's given me so many ideas.

Idea: Every day or two someone posts a question about where to find a tailor in such and such city. It receives three replies and then disappears. Google might bring it back, but it might not. Can we make a wiki or something that has geographical reviews of merchants and other clothing...

PSA: Lands' End 30% off sale today; AE shoes

Plus free shipping on an order greater than $50. They have Allen Edmonds Leeds and Mcneil shoes in stock, which with the discount will be $227. And of course the usual other stuff. Most sizes available for the Leeds (plain toe oxford) in brown and black, not so much for the Mcneil longwing.

    How to put on pants.

Dunno about his having the top button of an OCBD fastened without a necktie, but otherwise this guy totally has things figured out. I admire his determination to master a new skill!
