What is the name for this shoulder seam design??

How SHOULD you store your tie? Hang or Roll or...
The concensus here has been to store your ties rolled. I have read this here and elsewhere and the "logic" was that ties hanged, especially knitted ties will stretch and crease etc. I found this old thread http://www.styleforum.net/showthread.php?t=95630 that pretty much sums up the rolling. As I read the threads on Austro/Hungarian shoemaking , I became curious as to what the they actually call the styles of shoes that we purchase.
