    My new bespoke suede monks.

    I've just picked my second pair form mr Jan Wilądek, a cordwainer in Warsaw, Poland. He is not as famous as Kielman or Januszkiewicz, but I think he is doing an equally good job. The shoes are goodyear welted, but a local custom is to reinforce the waist with a row of pegs. What do you think?

    It's full bespoke. It's a blazer suit, so the jacket has patch pockets. I have ordered gray and lovant odd trousers to be worn withe tat coat. What do you think about the fit? Thanks for all your comments.

    fabric makers and merchants on line?

    I'm looking for on line fabrics merchants. I want to give up Scabal (easy to buy in Poland but IMO overpriced) and find way to buy on line. I know JJMinnis sale on line, who else? I'm looking for something english in style, rather heavy in weight, both worsteds and tweeds. Any recommendations?

    zegna sportscoat, worth it?

    I have found a Zegna sportcoat at outlet store. It's brown herringbone, my size, fits perfectly, looks and feels great. The cloth is a 100% cashmere. The only think is the price- it cost around 1000 $ /2,500 $ before reduction/. Do You gentleman think it is worth the price?
