Barbanera shoes

I need some tips for Lviv - Ukraine, anyone live there or have some info?

Breast pockets getting bigger?
Ive been told that breast pockets are about 4 inches wide at the opening as a standard. IMO on a big guy like me it looks lost... Need a proper cobbler in Paris
I'll be heading to Paris and whilst I am there I shall be picking up a pair of Cowdray 2 boots.
