Seems like sort of an arbitrary distinction to me, especially in light of the fact that at least two of those interventions certainly were not "legitimate military actions" permitted by the laws of war.
We've been over this before. Yes, lots of people (including myself) disagree with the drone program, hate the fact that it's clouded in secrecy, etc. But do you have any evidence whatsoever that Abdulrahman al-Awlaki or any of the children killed in drone strikes have been intentionally targeted by Obama (as your original image claims)?
Not to go all Musicmax on you, but let's see here:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Iraqi_Freedomhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Enduring_Freedomhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gulf_Warhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Just_Causehttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Urgent_FuryLooks like plenty of bombings by American "white guys" to me!
He's guilty because the government says so. He wants to kill Americans. He's just like Murat Kurnaz, Lakhdar Boumediene, Binyam Mohamed, Adel Abdulhehim, Sami Al Laithi, Mehdi Ghezali, Yasir Hamdi, Abu Bakker Qasim, Saddiq Ahmad Turkistani, Richard Belmar, and all the other Totally Not Innocent Evil Terrorists we have held at Guantanamo.
They should kill him before he remote-detonates a bomb from his prison cell.
If it's such a clear cut and dry case, just charge him with something.
I mean our government has such a good track record with Guantanamo (it's not like any of those prisoners were innocent or anything) - what could go wrong?
