Scarves, How is the proper way to wear them with a casual button up shirt with no tie. Likely wearing a military jacket or a pea coat overtop. Also how do you chose a scarf color.
What type of coat should I be looking for? General look is going to be Casual button up shirt or t shirt and jeans/khakis, prefer a look I can use a scarf with properly.

Going to regret this but first WAYWT post I am well aware how awful this is in comparison to the thread

In purple and In white, Bellissimo shirts clearing out of a clothing store that is closing this week. Debating picking up a couple, color in picture is very unflattering I think.
Looking to pick up some casual button Up shirts, what would you suggest for someone new to actual style. I am 5'10" 185 lbs fairly fit build, dark brown buzzed hair with blue eyes What I am looking for style wise is just button Up shirts with rolled up sleeve and jean/pant look. What color/pattern shirts are generally accepted for this and what type of pant? (khaki/jean/etc?)
