Look up starting strength by mark rippetoe. you work out 3 days a week, doing core workouts (bench, squats, deadlfts) Eat, eat, eat. Try and eat a meal every 2-3 hours. It will be difficult at first but your body will get use to it after a while. Remember to stay consistant and keep up with your work outs and meals. CONSISTENCY is very important
