Navy Barbour Bedale that I've been wearing out and about for a bit-- it was never quite my style and I'm gonna try something new in the upcoming cold season. Unless the Earth warms and there's never a Fall ever again. You know the deal with the Bedale. 36" chest. The old style, motorcycle-style, with four pockets as pictured. The way they used to be made before J. Crew got their hands on them -- before Barbour started outsourcing to Indonesia and stitching BARBOUR in...
I bought one of these long ago and used it frequently-- after it "failed" (failed is code for "I lost it like a doof") Mike at Epaulet graciously replaced it for me. I haven't pulled on a tie clip in months and I figure I should pay it forward and send it to a good home. The leather strips are all long gone, BUT Tanner Goods now makes a tie clip themselves which is basically identical, and it's my understanding that they sell additional sets of leather to fill the clip...
http://www.landsend.com/pp/mens-made-in-usa-sweatshirt~233649_-1.html Really great sweatshirt from Lands End-- made in the USA. I had it shortened in the body to correct a lot of the fitting problems (hits about at the belt now) and now fits great. Great quality, nice, beefy material that breathes really well. I actually wore it a couple days ago in 85+ degree weather and it was great. The muggy subway, not so great, but overall it's a great layer for Fall and a...
The jacket that's been popping up everywhere. Professional measurements for XS available here -- http://shop.uniqlo.com/uk/support/size/070940_size.html -- roughly fitting a 36. Slim, unstructured, 3/2 roll, unlined (except for sleeves, obviously) -- all the trimmings. Worn once to an emergency interview. PM for more info. Price includes shipping CONUS.
Purchased from Hickorees. A fairly remarkable little timepiece-- modeled after the early 80's era MIL-W-46374C, except in a steel case with a really great quartz movement. In the months I've owned this watch, I've never had to adjust the time. Great military "beater" watch distinct from the legions of J. Crew knock-offs. Super-durable. 18mm lugs. I also have an 18mm olive strap (UK-made, up to NATO specs, from Broadarrow) available for an additional 5 dollars. PM for...
Shoulder - 16" Length - 27.75" Sleeve - 25.5" Chest - 22" Button down collars. I've got two, one with a front pocket and one without. 20 each, 30 for both. PM for more info!
Bing. Three white t-shirts. Made in America. Pretty good-- these are "power washed" and have a softer texture and a more relaxed fit than the average AA tee. Better quality than Hanes, ethically made, and without the emaciated fit of most AA stuff. Worn once and washed with other whites. For reference, I'm a 36R and these fit fine. Shorter than the average overlong Hanes tee, too. Please see my additional sales! 10$ off the total for every additional item. Yes, that...
Same item as seen priced here: http://us.levi.com/product/index.jsp?productId=12310175&clickid=prdsw Levi's Hesher is basically the same cut as the 514. These are deep indigo selvedge, similar in quality and fit to New Standards. I had these hemmed to a Sid Mashburn-ish no break inseam (I'm 5'9") so they'd sit at the ankle and now that I've done so the leg opening is a little wide for me. Tapering jeans has always been a crapshoot for me so I'm going to try to move them...
What it says and what it is! This was given to me when I bought a tie clip from Epaulet in Brooklyn-- it came into their possession as a sample, but they decided against stocking them and none of the dudes there wanted it. I'm making some room and I'm passing on the good fortune, so I'm moving it for basically the cost of priority shipping and what I value my lunch break at (about seven bucks). OK, and a few dollars left over for a beer. So sue me!
