I normally wrap around the neck and then a knot...Whats that called?
I'm 5'2", 100lbs...yea...small "hard-gainer"..shutit...I'm up to 95 on the bench and adding every 2 weeks... anyway...What I've been doing is working out my maximum till I can comfortably rep it without a spotter...normally 3 sets of around 7-10. Then a few days later I'll add 5lbs...if its too hard for me to do 5 reps, I'll use a spotter...keep using the spotter till I can comfortably rep the new weight...repeat, repeat...I worked my way up from the bar to 95 in about...
