If you are vegetarian thinking of eating meat once again, you are not alone from what I've read. Many vegetarians are leaving the diet in favor of eating "ethical meats". I'm guessing ethical means grass fed meats, which is what I try to purchase.

Yeah, I avoid wheat and grains in general. Feel much better for it. In particular used to have a severe bowel problem. Have been tested several times for celiac, all came back negative, yet became noticeably healthier when I stopped eating wheat. Recall one GI specialist I saw was not surprised by that. He suspected that all his patients would live better without wheat.

I started seeing weight lifting results after I improved my diet - I eat low carb -, got lots of rest after working out, and as others mentioned hit the muscles from different angles, till fatigued.
