The jeans look good both pre-ocean jump and post-ocean jump (I'm not seeing a difference from your pics but i'm sure any shrinkage would only be noticeable to the wearer). The only question I have is do you like the length of them? Did you buy them long on purpose?

I think the tailor is right, a 40L sounds like it would be much too small for you lengthwise. I'm 5'11, 180 lbs and a 40L is what I wear. My arms are probably a bit longer than most people who are my height but I feel a 40L would still be much too short for someone who is 6'5. What size did he say you were from his measurements? At 6'5, 165 Lbs any suit you buy is going to need serious tailoring because you are severely underweight for your height. You just want to...

Luckily I have a home gym so I don't always do it. I'll often leave my work stations with the amount of plates I warm up with. A couple of 45 lb plates on the bench. Ditto for the squat area. If I'm having guests I'll go out of the way to leave a lot of heavy plates loaded up on all the equipment and scatter my heaviest dumbbells all about to make it look like I'm a beast !!!
My sister is a buyer for one of the larger women's clothing stores. She basically researches what is going to be "in" or what the new style is, etc... and then the store produces it or buys the items to sell in their retail stores. She gets to travel every now and then to see new trends, new styles, etc... So basically she plays a pretty big role in what kinds of clothing and accessories this company chooses to produce or sell in their stores. She seems to enjoy it...
Hey Mothball I like the jacket as well. I agree with Landshark, lighter colored shirts like you have on would look best. Great to see someone model their clothes who actually looks like they workout and takes care of themselves!
You do plan on hanging it, correct? I feel it will look better once its on the wall and their is a bit of wall space between the bottom of it and the top of the sofa...

What is skinnyfat? At your age of 23 you'd look fine wearing cargo shorts. Don't get them too baggy. Their length shouldn't extend past your knees...
