Great points gentlemen. I'm not so sure how I should feel about this development. I've been a loyal Yoox customer and I wouldn't want anything to change in a Mr Porter kind of way.

Hmm, I don't know what to say... there was an item left and it was within 20 days. But as I said, I'm based in Europe.
I've done it once (in EU) and they told me they will just accept it back, no offer to re-adjust the price.
The ease of returns at Yoox and their prices make it the best option for me. I've spent a lot of money on them and it's my first choice when I'm looking for something. And you are right about the inventory.
