Sunday I went on my long run. Started off slow and was feeling kinda stiff. Planned to run 3, walk 1, and run 4, but I ended up running the whole 8 miles in 1:15:32.
4 yesterday, and best of all I don't feel achy today.

Just use the Nair in a can like a nasal spray.
6 miles in 1:00:34. That's the furthest I've ever run. Definitly feelin' it today.
4 miles in 38:34. Went a bit too late and ended up eating a bugs the entire second half.
