Starting Strength plus tons of food = ass and thighs with the appearance of still being "trim", due to the fact that your chest and shoulders are so big that your waist looks small in comparison. That's what's happening to me at least. I'm up to a 35" waist size but still look skinny b/c my shoulders/traps/pecs are blowing up as well. SS might as well be magic as far as I'm concerned.

I do it all the time. I also can't think of anything I care less about than what some dude on a forum thinks of it either.
