I've had about 6 suits made by Iris in the last 4 years and been happy with each one of them. I don't have a WW Chan for comparison but for my needs, Iris is perfectly adequate. Bear in mind that WW Chan also charges more than Iris, and Iris also allows you to use your own fabric.

For sale - lovely chocolate suede chukkas, perfect for wearing with chinos or dark blue jeans. Used only 5 times - see pic of heels for evidence of use. Quite simply the most lush suede I've ever felt. Will come packaged in original box. Currently on sale at Pediwear for GBP 250 - my price US$225, including shipping to US/Canada. SOLD!
Find a sportjacket made of jean material - the fabric of the proud working man.
Has anyone seen Harrisons (Burley) in person? They just set up their ebay store and some of it looks very interesting from a price standpoint. http://www.ebay.ca/itm/Super-130s-All-Wool-Suiting-Dk-Grey-Plain-502B-3-5m-112-50-Without-VAT-/110431549595?pt=UK_Crafts_Fabric&hash=item19b63bb89b&_uhb=1#ht_754wt_1163

Those Timberland boots look awfully clunky and are more suited to a job site than going out. These IMO are fantastic, but a little out of your price range (that being said, they'll last for a long time with good care). The classic elegant shape means you can wear it 10 years from now and not look odd. http://www.herringshoes.co.uk/product-info.php?&brandid=6&shoeid=2732
I like the second one to be better, IMO. Shoes are a great addition. The jacket in the first post looks boxy and hardly flattering. I suggest some waist suppression. Really like the collar - suits your facial structure.
