I use to do hindu pushups and squats but I've stopped doing them now in favour of burpees and tabata thrusters because they seem to be a better work out for me. I'm guessing a lot of people are doing the Matt Furey workout
I've been doing Bikram Yoga for about 2 weeks now and it's a really good work out. I think it's helped with my cardio on the other sports I do (running and BJJ)
Have to say that #3 is the best
Nice to know a few people on here do BJJ too. BJJ is an excellent workout because your sparring against a person who will probably push you harder than you may push yourself in the gym. I use to go twice a week but have cut it down...

There are many burpee variants and some people add pushups, tuck jumps and if you do them near a pullup bar u can jump up and do pull ups Anyone who hasn't done them should really give it a try
