Just received a pair of khaki chinos in 31. I returned a size 30 because it was way too tight. However the size 31 feels good on the waist, but definitely a little on the baggier side at the calves. Do they shrink at all?

Just ordered a test shirt from moderntailor... tried the best I could to get my measurements as close as possible but my test shirt came out pretty bad. Sleeves, chest, arms, torso area are all loose... basically doesn't fit me in any...
