Passed on two lots yesterday, both at Goodwill. The first consisted of about 10 Turnbull & Asser shirts in colorful "British" colors. A few would have been good, but all had owner's initials on the pocket, so no go. The second lot consisted of Versace buttondowns with contrasting collar and cuff lining. Horrid. Picked up a Brioni plaid, casual, buttondown in XL. Also, powder blue "Best of Scotland", v-neck cashmere sweater and an Alan Flusser sold at Bergdorf...

Stock picture since they are in perfect condition and I'm too lazy to go outside and try to take a good picture. Also grabbed a...
Few good things yesterday: GW#1 - Shirts: 2 Eton, 1 Baldassarini Boss, 1 regular Hugo Boss GW#2 - Shirts: 2 J. Crew soft cotton buttondowns, 1 BB Slim Fit, 1 Carroll & Co. soft cotton buttondown, 1 Thomas Pink striped; Ties: 1 Kiton, 4 Zegna (crappy pics to follow); some may be 7-fold, but not quite sure.
Good Lord! Those are beautiful coats!
Kiton 100% cashmere, two-button, double-vented blazer, deep mustard color. First Kiton, thrifted or otherwise. Lanvin tie. Thin, woven, macclesfield pattern.

I purchased a Patek Philippe watch from a place that sells movie wardrobe pieces. Only had one bad photo. Looks like it's white gold with a black croc band....

Nataku, the shirts were 17.5.
Two mother lodes today: Carroll & Co. made in England sportcoats (double vents, surgeon's cuffs, etc., pick stitching) and, at a separate spot, eight or nine Borrelli and Isaia shirts. Unfortunately, all were just a shade too large for me. Rotten luck but did help to keep hope alive. Picked up three ties: Aquascutum, Harrod's and Rex Men's Shop (Beverly Hills Hotel); and a Lorenzini cream-colored linen shirt. ETA, Nataku, those boots certainly look like elephant to...
