Prime New York or top sirloin for tartare. Some people like filet but since it's cut fine and raw it's not really necessary to spend money on tenderloin cuts to get less flavor IMO . I've eaten both and I think tenderloin is excessive.

My lapels typically come back very flattened. Sometimes I can fix this by rolling a section of towel under the lapel and gently steaming the mega crease out so it rolls again.
The Kirkland Costco brand ones actually look pretty nice for the price and I think they are 80s 2 ply cotton. The buttons tend to look cheesy but the shirts are decent. I've had one for about 6 years now and it has held up well to abuse.
