Santorum's social policies aside, the guy is a total idiot for continuing to advocate asking Congress to abolish the entire U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, which is the largest federal appellate court in the nation, encompassing Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington (state). I mean... really?
