The note I included asked for a full recraft with HAF soles, sunken metal toe taps and new insoles. If I'm not mistaken, unless you specifically ask for new insoles, they'll only replace the sock liners. And SF member Imakeyourshoes...

If you're a 36S in Madison and a 38S in Milano, then you'll fit a 38S in Fitzgerald (as well as Regent). Fwiw, that's what works for me.
