Two days after discovering that site, I ended up dropping (twice) my Suzuki GS500 crossing a stream...some bikes are not made for adventure riding Renault78law, I was in the market...
I like to play Dizzy's No More Blues and pretend I'm on the beach. Sometimes I even rub some sand in my eyes before getting in. Calgary's a cold and dark place...

Wow! A white shirt! Grey flannel trousers! Not directing this at you, persid, I just don't think it's anything special. Brooks Brothers...

I think in most cases, a gym is a gym, especially for people just starting out who won't be getting close to the limit of the equipment. The only gym in Calgary that stands out in my mind is the Space Gym (close to Stampede). I haven't gone there in about two years, but it was a very nice place back then. A mix of gym, boxing club, salsa dancing place, and art gallery. Terrible clunky machines and VERY loud music. It looks like an abandoned meat processing plant. The...
I went on a four month long treatment back when I was 19. I had very oil skin and Accutane worked miracles on it. No depression at all, and all the dryness problems went away a few weeks after getting off of the drug. I've had almost no acne since then. I wound not go as far as to recommend it at your age, but I will say that I wish I did it a few years sooner than I had. Try other options before Accutane because it really can have side effects. That said, if you do go...
Your shoe shopping options in Calgary are extremely limited. Harry sells Allan Edmonds, but for a price of several brand new pairs off of ebay. They also sell fairly decent Canalis, but for ~$600 or so, and the usual assortment of overpriced Hugo Boss. Holt's shoe selection is ... well, it warrants their recommendation of using shoe shine spray on the shoes. The only worthy shoe place in Calgary is Gravity Pope (www.gravitypope.com). Their stuff is oriented toward casual,...
