I saw it and was unimpressed, firstly by the acting and secondly by some aspects of the plot. I prefer the Stewart Granger film, aired several months ago on TV in the UK. With regards to good ol' Byron, I wouldn't put anything past him...

do excuse: it is listed as a tuxedo. i had come across it while searching suits and noticed purple in the title. snide remarks aside, it may well go for cheap. time will tell.
Saw the auction this morning, search for ralph lauren suit purple. Sure, it's a two-button, double-vented affair, but it will go for cheap - and it has purple lining!

I don't own any shoes with rubber soles, so anything is game. The darker the leather, the better... unless caught with two pairs of edwardians, then go for what feels best at the time.
