Depending on where you are, one can find second-hand cufflinks similar to yours for $1/pair at flea markets.

Some modern military BDU's have a rubber strip as well. It prevents the pants from falling off even if you don't wear a belt. I think I should request this feature on my next bespoke. What do you guys think of this?
