Why not keep looking for a shorter coat and keep this one as is? One day you'll appreciate it more than you do now.

Does Baroni/Danelle fit more like a Hickey Freeman or a Hart Schaffner Marx? I have some Harts that fit well in the shoulders, Hickeys seem to run slightly smaller.
